Change of parking stand constitutes a continuation of a commenced parking period, and the time of taxiing or towing of aircraft between stands is included in the total parking time.

No charge is payable for parking up to 3 hours. The parking charge is not calculated for night time (22:00-05:59 local time); the exclusion is only applicable during the first night of parking of a given aircraft.
